I was utterly underwhelmed with the tortilla recipe from Rick Bayless’ Authentic Mexican: Regional Cooking from the Heart of Mexico.
I need to find a better recipe. These were tough, doughy, and bland.
I was happy enough with my Norpro tortilla press, though.

Nothing super special, just a good honest tortilla. Not sure if it’s any better than what you made.
